The Bollyrobics® online shop sells and ships products to end user customers only.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your Bollyrobics® purchase of a pre-built product, please call Bollyrobics® Crew at +49-40-636 545 44 for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 14 calendar days of the receipt of the product. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. The product must be returned to the Bollyrobics® warehouse within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. A 20% open box fee will be assessed on any opened hardware or accessory.

IMPORTANT NOTE: shipping charges are not refundable after your order has left our warehouse!

Please note that Bollyrobics® does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following products:
1. Product that is custom configured to your specifications
2. Opened software
3. Personalized products

• NOTE: Bollyrobics® recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to Bollyrobics® or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking and (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.

Dead On Arrival (DOA) Product: System Failure Out of the Box
An Bollyrobics®-branded hardware product is considered DOA if it shows symptoms of a hardware failure, preventing basic operability, upon its first use out of the box. If you believe that your product is DOA, please call Bollyrobics® Crew at +49-40-636 545 44 within 30 calendar days of the invoice date. Bollyrobics® Crew will determine whether the product is DOA and offer you the following options:
• Replacement: The same product that you ordered will be shipped to you.
• Service: You may have the product repaired; however, once serviced, the product is no longer eligible for replacement.
Product must be deemed DOA by Bollyrobics® Crew within 30 calendar days of the invoice date in order to receive a replacement unit.
• DOA Terms and Conditions
_ This DOA policy applies only to Bollyrobics®-branded hardware products currently offered at the Bollyrobics® Consumer Store. As new products are offered, Bollyrobics® reserves the right to determine whether or not this policy applies.
_ This DOA policy does not apply to third-party products that do not bear the Bollyrobics® brand name. You may call the manufacturer directly with any third-party product issues.
_ If the product is deemed DOA by Bollyrobics® Crew more than 30 calendar days after the invoice date, Bollyrobics® standard product warranty will apply.
_ If the product is deemed by Bollyrobics® Crew NOT to be DOA, Bollyrobics®' standard product warranty will apply.
Bollyrobics® reserves the right to test returned DOA product. If the condition of the product is misrepresented by the customer, Bollyrobics® may impose a EUR 400 handling fee.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Bollyrobics® Branded Products
If you discover what you believe is a product defect for any Bollyrobics®-branded product, please call Bollyrobics® Crew at +49-40-636 545 44. Such a defect, if any, is covered under the terms of your product's warranty. Please refer to the warranty information and other supporting documentation that came with your product. (See Product Warranty section below for specific information about Bollyrobics®' product warranties.)

Non-Bollyrobics® Branded/Third-Party Products
If you discover what you believe is a product defect for any third-party product, please contact the manufacturer directly for information regarding the manufacturer's warranty.

Note: Products sold through this web site that do not bear the Bollyrobics® brand name are serviced and supported exclusively by their manufacturers in accordance with terms and conditions packaged with the products. Bollyrobics®'s Limited Warranty does not apply to products that are not Bollyrobics®-branded, even if packaged or sold with Bollyrobics® products.

PROOF OF PURCHASE
Bollyrobics® will send you a confirmation of your order via email if you have included an email address with your order. If you have not included an email address, you will receive a confirmation of your order by regular mail when your order is shipped.

CUSTOM-CONFIGURED PRODUCT
We are pleased to offer product that is custom-configured to your specifications, and we encourage you to review your order carefully. Since the product is built to your specifications, the order cannot be changed, modified, or canceled once your order is in production.

SALES TAX
Bollyrobics® Store purchases will include sales tax based on the ship-to location and the sales tax rate in effect at the time of shipping. If you phone in your order, the Bollyrobics® Store sales representative will provide the final total of your order including tax and any applicable shipping charges at the time you place your order. If the sales tax rate for the state to which your order is being shipped changes before the product is shipped, the new tax rate in effect at the time of shipment will apply. The proof of purchase that Bollyrobics® mails to you will include any applicable sales tax.

SHIPPING
Signature is required for delivery: Most of our shipments contain valuable computer equipment. If you will not be at the shipping address to accept delivery of your product, consider shipping the item to an address where someone you trust will be available to sign for your package. Please note that we are not able to adjust the shipping address once a package has left Bollyrobics®'s warehouse. Title and risk of loss to all products will pass to you on delivery.

Undeliverable Packages: Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a full refund.

Failed Delivery Attempts: Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. After three delivery attempts, the package will be returned to us.

ORDER PROCESSING
The estimated shipment date on your order is based on product availability, payment processing time, and warehouse processing time and does not include transit time. Payment processing will not begin until we receive all the information we need and full payment or a full authorization, in the case of credit card orders.

Orders placed on the weekend or on a holiday will begin payment processing the next business day.

PRICES
The Bollyrobics® Store endeavors to offer you competitive prices on current Bollyrobics® products and selected Sale and Bollyrobics® Certified Reconditioned products. Bollyrobics® reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at the Bollyrobics® Store at any time.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Given the popularity of some products, Bollyrobics® may restrict the number of such items that you may purchase. Any product limit restrictions will be posted on the Bollyrobics® Store web site. This information is subject to change.

Bollyrobics® endeavors to stay at the forefront of technological advancement. For this reason, Bollyrobics® reserves the right to discontinue products without notice.

PRODUCT WARRANTY
All Bollyrobics® hardware products carry a one-year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. You may review a copy of the Limited Warranty on new products, including its limitations and exclusions, before you purchase, by clicking the appropriate link below.

Non-Bollyrobics®-branded/Third-party products are sold "AS IS" by the Bollyrobics® Store, but may be accompanied by their manufacturers' standard warranties. "AS IS" products are sold by Bollyrobics® as is, where is, and with all faults, and without express or implied warranties from Bollyrobics®. If you have questions about any manufacturers' warranties that accompany such products, please contact the manufacturer directly.

Note: Products sold through this Web site which do not bear the Bollyrobics® Brand name are serviced and supported exclusively by their manufacturers in accordance with any terms and conditions packaged with the products (unless the third-party product is preinstalled in an Bollyrobics®-branded computer). Bollyrobics®'s Limited Warranty does not apply to products that are not Bollyrobics®-branded, even if packaged or sold with Bollyrobics® products. Please contact the manufacturer directly for technical support and customer service.

Bollyrobics® One (1) Year Limited Warranty

Warranty Coverage
Bollyrobics®'s warranty obligations are limited to the terms set forth below:
Bollyrobics®, as defined below, warrants this Bollyrobics®-branded hardware product against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser ("Warranty Period"). If a hardware defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, at its option, Bollyrobics® will either (1) repair the hardware defect at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or (2) exchange the product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product, or (3) refund the purchase price of the product. Bollyrobics® may request that you replace defective parts with new or refurbished user-installable parts that Bollyrobics® provides in fulfillment of its warranty obligation. A replacement product or part, including a user-installable part that has been installed in accordance with instructions provided by Bollyrobics®, assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever provides longer coverage for you. When a product or part is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes Bollyrobics®'s property. Parts provided by Bollyrobics® in fulfillment of its warranty obligation must be used in products for which warranty service is claimed. When a refund is given, the product for which the refund is provided must be returned to Bollyrobics® and becomes Bollyrobics®'s property.

EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS
This Limited Warranty applies only to hardware products manufactured by or for Bollyrobics® that can be identified by the "Bollyrobics®" trademark, trade name, or logo affixed to them. The Limited Warranty does not apply to any non-Bollyrobics® hardware products or any software, even if packaged or sold with Bollyrobics® hardware. Manufacturers, suppliers, or publishers, other than Bollyrobics®, may provide their own warranties to the end user purchaser, but Bollyrobics®, in so far as permitted by law, provides their products "as is". Software distributed by Bollyrobics® with or without the Bollyrobics® brand name is not covered under this Limited Warranty. Refer to the licensing agreement accompanying the software for details of your rights with respect to its use.

Bollyrobics® does not warrant that the operation of the product will be uninterrupted or error-free. Bollyrobics® is not responsible for damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the product's use.

This warranty does not apply: (a) to damage caused by use with non-Bollyrobics® products; (b) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes; (c) to damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended uses described by Bollyrobics®; (d) to damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not a representative of Bollyrobics® or an Bollyrobics® Authorized Service Provider; (e) to a product or part that has been modified to significantly alter functionality or capability without the written permission of Bollyrobics®; (f) to consumable parts, such as batteries, needles or nozzles, unless damage has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; or (g) if any Bollyrobics® serial number has been removed or defaced.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY AND REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, STATUTORY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. AS PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Bollyrobics® SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL STATUTORY OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND WARRANTIES AGAINST HIDDEN OR LATENT DEFECTS. IF Bollyrobics® CANNOT LAWFULLY DISCLAIM STATUTORY OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES THEN TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL SUCH WARRANTIES SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY AND TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT SERVICE AS DETERMINED BY Bollyrobics® IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION. No Bollyrobics® reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty.

EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN THIS WARRANTY AND TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Bollyrobics® IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY OR CONDITION, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF USE; LOSS OF REVENUE; LOSS OF ACTUAL OR ANTICIPATED PROFITS (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS ON CONTRACTS); LOSS OF THE USE OF MONEY; LOSS OF ANTICIPATED SAVINGS; LOSS OF BUSINESS; LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY; LOSS OF GOODWILL; LOSS OF REPUTATION; LOSS OF, DAMAGE TO OR CORRUPTION OF DATA; OR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE HOWSOEVER CAUSED INCLUDING THE REPLACEMENT OF EQUIPMENT AND PROPERTY.

CONSUMER PROTECTION LAWS
FOR CONSUMERS WHO ARE COVERED BY CONSUMER PROTECTION LAWS OR REGULATIONS IN THEIR COUNTRY OF PURCHASE OR, IF DIFFERENT, THEIR COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE, THE BENEFITS CONFERRED BY THIS WARRANTY ARE IN ADDITION TO ALL RIGHTS AND REMEDIES CONVEYED BY SUCH CONSUMER PROTECTION LAWS AND REGULATIONS. Some countries, states and provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or exclusions or limitations on the duration of implied warranties or conditions, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by country, state or province. This Limited Warranty is governed by and construed under the laws of the country in which the product purchase took place. Bollyrobics®, the warrantor under this Limited Warranty, is identified at the end of this document according to the country or region in which the product purchase took place.

OBTAINING WARRANTY SERVICE
Please access and review the online help resources referred to in the documentation accompanying the hardware product before requesting warranty service. If the product is still not functioning properly after making use of these resources, please contact the Bollyrobics® representatives or, if applicable, an Bollyrobics® Authorized Service Provider located using the information provided in the documentation. An Bollyrobics® representative or Bollyrobics® Authorized Service Provider will help determine whether your product requires service and, if it does, will inform you how Bollyrobics® will provide it. Bollyrobics® or its Bollyrobics® Authorized Service Providers will provide warranty service on products that are tendered or presented for service during the Warranty Period, as permitted by law. However, service will be limited to the options available in the country where service is requested. If the product is not portable, warranty service may be restricted to the country where the product is purchased. Service options, parts availability and response times will vary according to country. You may be responsible for shipping and handling charges if the product cannot be serviced in the country it is in. In accordance with applicable law, Bollyrobics® may require that you furnish proof of purchase details and/or comply with registration requirements before receiving warranty service. Please refer to the accompanying documentation for more details on this and other matters on obtaining warranty service.

Bollyrobics® and its Authorized Service Providers are not liable for any damage to or loss of any non-Bollyrobics® product or part not covered by this warranty.
